SAHANAM is an offering of SriPrasthuthi Trust. It is the brainchild of the President of

SPT Smt. Srilatha Pratap

who created it with the objective of nurturing the divine light that resides within every woman of SPT.

SAHANAM offers training to the ladies of SPT in singing devotional songs,

shlokas and similar genres of music.

The Ladies get together once a week and practice religiously and train hard to sound as “ONE VOICE”.

Singing as a group with a high level of synchronizationis an extremely challenging task. We are proud that SAHANAM group has been able to work

towards mastering this art and attain perfection.

SAHANAM’s Discipline, Devotion, Dedication and professional approach sets it apart.

In recognition of these qualities of SAHANAM, the group has been invited to perform by many temples and Satsangas. The members take utmost pleasure in

connecting and surrendering to the divine and present their music with perfection and professionalism.

It’s endeavour is not only to reach out to the DIVINE for themselves but also on behalf of all the devotees present in the temples where they perform.

In addition to soulful singing, the group inspires more and more ladies to make a path for themselves to realize their dreams.

Bonding and counselling of life skills amongst the ladies of the group are other major takeaways. They aspire for inner peace and a sense of fulfilment through their singing.

At SAHANAM the motto is to help all the members with their overall personality and emotional quotient development to strive for a blissful life.

This facet is exclusively for the women members of SPT to give them a break from their daily routine and help them focus on the positivities of life.

SAHANAM has been invited to perform by many places of worship. To list a few, SAHANAM has performed at the Shirdi Sai Baba temple, Krishnadhama

in Mysore in the august presence of the late seer of Pejawar Mutt, for Bharat scouts

and guide in the presence of the Maharani of Mysore, her highness Smt. Pramoda Devi and many temples across the state.
